Meditative Kripalu Flow 

.Enjoy Heather's slow, mindful movement style of practice. Some flow movement is included to help cleanse the energy between one static pose to another but without a lot of up and down motion. This style allows individuals to sink into the various poses.

Supreme Royal Yoga.  Raja is the yoga of the mind. This moving meditation is extended kriya. 

 

 The depth of this practice will be revealed when the student is ready.

With two methods in one class, this experience allows for a true exploration of yin and yang engagement and disengagement.

Power Yoga  

Combination of strong static poses to introduce a series that moves into a flow of those sequences.  These will be repeated vinyasa-style with appropriate breath cues, allowing you to focus on the movements and breath to find that meditative state.

Anuttara Vinyasa

Supreme special placement. We explore a choreographed sequence of hatha poses linked together like a dance, connecting the breath with our movements.
